I have been a engineer in the electronics industry for the past 30 years but have more than thirty years of part time building/remodeling experience.
Areas of building experience include - foundation preperation, design & installation of FHA systems, installation of complete deep well systems, design & installation of complete residential plumbing systems (fixtures, supply and DWV), design and installation of 200A residential services and finish wiring, designed and constructed multiple room additions and decks. Other areas of experience include masonary chimneys, sheetrock, shingling, ceramic tile, and concrete floors.
